Itineraries

Day 1

ARRIVAL HARIDWAR – BARKOT (205 Km/ 7to8 Hours)

On arrival in Haridwar railway station, meet our representative who helps you with transfer to your first destination, Barkot. Barkot is an attractive hill-station which is placed on the foot of Yamunotri. As you drive during Mussoorie, you can visit the well-known Kempty Falls on your way. On reaching, check-in to your hotel and freshening up. Relax of the day and refresh for the yatra of Yamunotri the next day.After dinner,overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 2

BARKOT - YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT (36 Km Drive/ 6 Km Trek Each Side)

After morning breakfast, here you will start the yatra of Yamunotri. You have a choice of hiring palki or a
horse (own pay) for your trek. On entrance by afternoon in Yamunotri take holy dip in Yamuna River and perform pooja. Return back through the same way back to Barkot hotel. After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Barkot.

Day 3

BARKOT – UTTARKASHI (80 Km/ 3 Hours Journey)

After breakfast, check-out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On the entrance check-in the hotel and freshening up. Uttarkashi is positioned on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples and Ashrams. In the sunset, visit the well-known Vishwanath Temple.
After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 4

UTTARKASHI - GANGOTRI – UTTARKASHI (100 Km/ 3 to 4 Hours Each Side)

Early morning breakfast and drive to Gangotri. Upon entrance at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing pooja, late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 5

UTTARKASHI – GUPTKASHI (240 Km/ 9 to10 Hours)

Depart for your next destination, Guptkashi after having your breakfast early in the daybreak.
On reaching, check-in to the hotel and freshening up. Guptkashi is placed at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. The town holds immense religious importance as it houses well-known ancient temples like Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple.After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 6

GUPTKASHI - SONPRAYAG- GOURIKUND – KEDARNATH (16 Km Trek)

Early sunrise after breakfast, check-out from the hotel, and drive to Sonprayag. Sonprayag to Gourikund by
taxi (own pay charges). From where, you will start your 16 km trek to Kedarnath. On reaching, check-in at
hotel and after freshening up, visit to Kedarnath temple and attend the aarti. After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Kedarnath.

Day 7

KEDARNATH - GOURIKUND - SONPRAYAG- GUPTKASHI (16 Km Trek)

Early sunrise you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and pooja, you come out of the temple and go back to the hotel. Afterward you will begin the go back trek of 16 km from Kedarnath to Gourikund. Catch taxi (own pay charges) Gourikund to Sonprayag.
The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag car parking and drive to your hotel at Guptkashi.
After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 8

GUPTKASHI - UKHIMATH – BADRINATH (196 Km/ 7to8 Hours)

This sunrise, you check-out of the hotel at 06:00 am and start driving towards your next destination, Badrinath. In-route; visit to Ukhimath. On reaching, check-in to the hotel and freshening up.After freshening up, visit to Badri Vishal temple and attend the aarti. Return back and after dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Badrinath.

Day 9

BADRINATH - MANA - JOSHIMATH - RUDRAPRAYAG- SRINAGAR

Early morning visit to temple and after darshan & pooja, return back to hotel and take your breakfast. After breakfast, check-out the hotel and first visit to Mana village; Mana is a last Indian village from the border of India and Tibet/ China in the Himalayas. Also visit to Ganesh & Parvati caves. After sightseeing, drive to Srinagar. In-route; visit to Shri Shankracharya Math in Joshimath. Also visit to Rudrapryag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River. It is confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini . Kedarnath, a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag. On reaching Srinagar, Check-in to the hotel and freshening up. After dinner, overnight stay at hotel in Srinagar.

Day 10

SRINAGAR - RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check-out the hotel and drive to Haridwar. In-route; visit Rishikesh; Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. On reaching Haridwar, drop at railway station and board your train back to home with memorable memory in Char Dham Darshan Yatra with “Traveolla Holidays”.
