Questions

Before you book, a few things.

  • How is Traveolla different from a group-trip platform?

    Group platforms sell you a scheduled trip and you adapt. We do the opposite — you tell us when, with whom, and what you love. We design an itinerary around that. No shared coaches, no strangers.

  • Do you only handle luxury trips?

    No. We have trips starting at ₹25,000 per person and going well past ₹1,00,000. "Handcrafted" refers to the attention, not the price tag.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

    Yes. Most packages support three payment modes — pay in full, pay a 20% deposit with the balance before travel, or spread it over 3/6/9 months with no-cost EMI on Razorpay.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    Every package has a clear cancellation schedule on its detail page. We do not use fine print. Cancellation more than 30 days before travel typically returns 80% of the amount.

  • What if something goes wrong during the trip?

    Your destination specialist is on WhatsApp from the moment you leave home. Real person, real response. Most issues resolved before you have to ask twice.
