Terms & Conditions

The rules of engagement for planning, booking, and travelling with Traveolla.
  • Suggested Itineraries & Service Scope: The provided itinerary is a suggested tour plan only. The Company is responsible solely for services explicitly charged to and paid for by the guest. Any unpaid services mentioned are strictly suggestions; the Company is not bound to provide them or cover their costs.
  • Payment & Booking Confirmation: Full payment of the total trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Failure to clear pending balances may result in the automatic cancellation of your trip.
  • Hotel Timings: Check-in and check-out times are governed entirely by the standard operating policies of the respective hotels.
  • Financial & Operational Liability: The Company is not responsible for compensating any financial loss, damages, or additional costs incurred by the guest during the tour.
  • Passenger Safety & Injury: The Company is not liable for any physical injury, loss, or damage caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
  • Nationality-Based Pricing: Dollar ($) rates apply exclusively to foreign nationals and Indian nationals holding foreign passports. INR (₹) package rates apply strictly to Indian nationals.
  • Vehicle Air Conditioning: Air conditioning will be switched off while driving in hilly terrains. Additionally, the driver retains full discretion to turn off the AC during the trip as required to ensure safety and vehicle performance on uneven or dangerous routes.
  • Luggage Responsibility: Travelers are entirely responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. The management accepts no liability for any missing items or damage during the tour.
  • Itinerary Alterations: The Company reserves the right to alter the schedule in the interest of traveler safety, comfort, and general well-being due to external factors like weather, road conditions, or the physical capabilities of participants.
  • Emergency Medical Evacuation: In the event of injury or illness requiring external evacuation or special medical transport, all arising costs must be borne directly by the affected participant or their family.
  • Jurisdiction: All legal disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
  • Claim Timeline: Any claims or complaints related to the holiday package must be formally brought to the notice of the Company within one week of the tour completion.
