Booking & confirmation
- All itineraries are handcrafted templates. The final itinerary is confirmed once you approve the brief and pay the agreed amount.
- Confirmation is contingent on third-party availability (hotels, flights, permits).
- Prices are quoted in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Valid identification and, if travelling internationally, a valid passport and appropriate visa.
- Adequate travel insurance (strongly recommended; sometimes required).
- Following destination-specific guidance (vaccinations, permits, cultural norms).
Our responsibilities
- Designing an itinerary that matches the brief we agreed on.
- Booking the services specified in your confirmed itinerary.
- Providing on-call support via WhatsApp throughout your trip.
Force majeure
We’re not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases we’ll work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund recoverable amounts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
