Refund Policy

How and when we process refunds. Read alongside our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds follow the cancellation schedule outlined in your trip confirmation (or the default cancellation schedule if none was specified).

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days from when we initiate the refund.
  • For UPI or card payments, your bank may take 1–3 additional working days to reflect the credit.

Partial refunds

If a trip is cut short due to circumstances we can control (operational error on our side), we refund the proportionate amount for services not rendered. Where the disruption is beyond our reasonable control (weather, medical emergencies, force majeure), we work with you on best-possible recovery terms.

Payment gateway fees

In some cases Razorpay retains a small gateway fee (typically 2–3%). We absorb this fee wherever possible. If the fee applies to your refund, it will be clearly communicated before processing.
