Itineraries

Day 1

ARRIVE COCHIN

Our representative will receive you at cochin airport and you will be directly transferred to Hotel. Check into the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed to visit Fort Kochi & Mattanchery Area. (depending on time )Visit Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese fishing nets. Visit Mattanchery Palace. Rest of the time for shopping. Back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

COCHIN TO MUNNAR

Post breakfast , say by 10 am check out and proceed to Munnar. Reach Munnar in 4 hours. Enroute visit Vallara and Cheeyapara Waterfalls. Reach Munnar by 2 PM. Check into the hotel. Relax. Later in the evening proceed to visit the nearest Sengulam Dam. Overnight stay

Day 3

MUNNAR

Post breakfast, proceed for full day Munnar Sightseeing . Post breakfast say by 9 am proceed to visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake & Eco Point. Back to the Munnar town for Lunch by 1:00 Pm. Post lunch proceed to visit Tea Museum . You can understand the history and growth of Tea Plantations and also can enjoy Tea Tasting Session. By 4 pm proceed to visit Rajamalai ( Eravikulam National Park) where you can visit the rarest species known as Nilgiri Thars. Back to the hotel by late evening for Overnight stay.

Day 4

MUNNAR – THEKKADY

After breakfast checkout from hotel by 9 AM and drive to Thekkady. Enroute you can stop at scenic tea plantation location for a family photo shoot. Check into the resort. Later in the evening proceed for boating in Lake Periyar ( Not included in the package) . You can opt for Martial art show , if interested . Else proceed for shopping etc., Overnight stay.

Day 5

THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY / KUMARAKOM

Post breakfast, check out and proceed to Kumarakom ‘ the backwater paradise’ . Reach Alleppey in 4 hours. Check into the hotel . Later in the afternoon , You can opt for 3 hours motor boat cruise ( payable directly) . Proceed to explore the places around . Overnight stay.

Day 6

KUMARAKOM – KOVALAM

After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Kovalam, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for local Sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure or own activities and overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 7

AT KOVALAM ; TRIVANDRUM CITY TOUR

Full day trip of Trivandrum City. Visit Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum, Sree Chitra Art Gallery etc., Back to the hotel . Evening to explore Kovalam beaches. Overnight stay

Day 8

KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM DROP

After check out from the Hotel and drive to Trivandrum Airport for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God's Own Country.
