- Afternoon: Begin your sightseeing with the historic Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (The Abode of Love)—showcasing classic Persian architecture against the Zabarwan mountain range.
- Evening: Unwind with a peaceful, traditional 1-hour Shikara boat ride across the calm waters of Dal Lake as the sun sets behind the Himalayas.
- Overnight: Srinagar Houseboat.

Day 2 · Srinagar - SonamargDay Excursion to Sonamarg – "The Meadow of Gold"
What you’ll do
- Morning: Take a scenic 2.5-hour drive along the roaring Sindh River to Sonamarg. Enjoy views of dramatic alpine valleys and snow-dappled peaks along the way.
- Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg. Hire a local pony or take a mild trek up to the famous Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains intact even through the summer. Alternatively, explore the rugged vistas near the gateway to Ladakh.
- Evening: Head back to Srinagar to relax after a day in the high mountains.
- Overnight: Srinagar Hotel.

Day 3 · Srinagar - GulmargDay Trip to Gulmarg – "The Meadow of Flowers"
What you’ll do
- Morning: Drive to the world-famous alpine resort of Gulmarg.
- Afternoon: Board the iconic Gulmarg Gondola. The two-stage cable car whisks you up to Apharwat Peak (over 13,000 feet) for incredible panoramic views of the Pir Panjal range and deep powder snow fields.
- Evening: Return to Srinagar for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 4 · Srinagar - PahalgamSrinagar to Pahalgam – "The Valley of Shepherds"
What you’ll do
- Morning: Drive toward Pahalgam, pausing along the highway to view the sprawling, fragrant saffron fields of Pampore.
- Afternoon: Upon arrival, explore the breathtaking Betaab Valley (famed for its cinematic pine backdrops) and Aru Valley, or enjoy a peaceful stroll right along the rushing banks of the Lidder River.
