- Good: Bali, Bhutan (at low altitude), Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai), Singapore, Dubai, Sri Lanka.
- Tricky: Ladakh, altitude destinations in Peru, countries with long transit.
- Skip for first trip: Nepal (altitude, irregular infra), Vietnam (lots of walking).
Pace
- One activity per day.
- Arrive 2 days before major events.
- Buffer days between destinations.
Accommodation
- Check lift availability (call, don't trust website).
- Ground-floor room preferred.
- Proximity to medical facilities — look it up on Google Maps.
Packing
- Meds in carry-on (duplicate prescriptions).
