Day 1 — Arrive Srinagar, houseboat
Direct flight from Delhi. Houseboat check-in on Dal Lake by afternoon. Sunset shikara.
Day 2 — Srinagar + Tulip Garden
Sunrise at Tulip Garden (before 0900). Then Mughal Gardens: Shalimar, Nishat, Chashme Shahi. Old city walk.
Day 3 — Srinagar to Gulmarg
2.5h drive. Check into resort. Gondola Phase 1 (Kongdoori). Walk the meadows.
Day 4 — Gulmarg
Gondola Phase 2 (4,000m) if operational. Or ski if snow is holding.
Day 5 — Gulmarg to Pahalgam
4h via Srinagar bypass. Afternoon: Lidder river walk. Betaab Valley drive.
Day 6 — Pahalgam
Aru and Chandanwari valleys. Pony ride if the kids want it.
Day 7 — Pahalgam to Srinagar, fly out
Depart early morning, 2.5h to airport.
